Maryland SHIP 2017 Tracker

The Maryland State Health Improvement Process (SHIP) launched in October 2011 to align and support existing community health improvement processes across the state as well as provide a broader framework for Maryland performance. The 2017 SHIP contains 39 objectives that are grouped into 5 focus areas, which are directly aligned with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's vision areas as well as the Healthy People 2020 objectives:
